Refund policy
By placing an order with Purebowl, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy in full.
No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds because your dog did not take to the food, or because you have changed your mind about your order. This applies to both opened and unopened bags. We encourage you to review our product information carefully before purchasing.
When we will help
We will offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:
1. Damaged or faulty — the product is physically damaged or the packaging is compromised
2. Not as described — the item received differs materially from what was listed
3. Unfit for use — there is a quality or safety issue with the product itself
How to submit a claim
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
To be eligible, your claim must include all of the following:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Claims missing any of the above cannot be processed. Purebowl reserves the right to assess each claim and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
