I brought the mixed selection of the purebowl range for my Kelpie who had yeast infections in her ears and was constantly licking her feet. She has been on the purebowl dog food for about a week now and there seems to be less itching and she seems a lot happier in herself. I am really not sure how much water to add but I just wet it, mix it and feed it to her, the first feed I added too much water and she wouldn't eat it. Early days with the new food but so far so good.
Lily my tweenie Dachshund is thriving!Last vet check he said she is perfect. She's learnt to count to 3 while she waits for her meal to hydrate then wolf's it down with gusto.
The little monsters have given this the tick (and lick) of approval! From an owner's point of view - thank God for Pure Bowl!! It is a home cooked quality of meal that I don't have to home cook :-) As well as this it does not have to be refrigerated or frozen so is easy to store. LOVE IT!!
My dog is transitioning to this and seems to be enjoying it ,she is currently on a purely raw diet and I was looking for something a bit more convenient than frozen raw
She has done so well on the 'Charlie'. The 1st day I was sceptical she would eat it, looking at the veggies in the mix (she is picky), but she enjoys it all. After completing the first 300g bag, she remains enthusiastic about mealtime and hasn't lost interest. On day 10, I noticed her coat became softer with some added sheen to it. Overall, I find this food mix to be very impressive!
Have just started my 7 year old miniature schnauzer and my 11 year old Labrador on the Toby Purebowl. Picked the Toby due to the low fat content as the schnauzer has had issues with pancreatitis and hoping this will work for her. Early days but both dogs absolutely love it , every last crumb is gobbled up.
Luna is a white/creamy Frenchie with skin problems. She loves this Lamb and veges and so far no issues with pyoderma. The only problem is that there is more veges than the venison formula and I need to double up the recommended portion. Definitely makes the feeding much easier, just pour warm water.
Absolutely love this food it’s amazing . It really does seem good enough to eat for a human ! I’m glad I’m give my dog healthy food he loves!
Happy healthy slow eating pooches - Maintaining a good weight with pooch food that is also super easy to travel with.
Kimchi loves it, BaoBao just picks out blueberries and pumpkin. Kimchi cleans up her bowl, no wastage in our house🥰
My dog enjoyed the Toby. And I like that it helps to increase water and hydration by mixing it with water. My only feedback issue is there were quite a lot of green peas in there. My dog will not eat the peas at all and only ate some of the pumpkin, so he was leaving almost half of his serve because of the amount of peas in there. That meant I had to give him more of the meaty stuff that he would eat. So the pack didn't last as long. I'd like to see a little more meat in there and less green peas if possible. :)
We bought this mostly to take away for weekends so we don’t have to pack the frozen food into the freezer in the car. It’s compact and easy and our puppy loves it :) we put the toppers on her usual food too.
I just started my nearly 17 year old boy on The Charlie this week. He woofed it down!! But he spat out the pumpkin seed I think it was a bit hard for his old teeth.
All my dogs loved the sample packs. The GSD I wanted to try with it had stopped eating but changed her mind after tasting Pure Bowl. the only thing I had a worry with was the amount of water this food needed to rehydrate. 500mnl was far too much for 100gr of food. Now we have worked out the consistency, the dogs are happy
